The solution:
We worked in partnership with charity consultants, Action Planning to develop an approach which involved meeting board members, visiting a cross section of services and talking candidly to care providers and service users to understand the vision of this charity and to immerse ourselves in their world.
Brimming over with enthusiasm for this project, we reported back with a simple moodboard and scale to visually demonstrate our findings and agree the key areas that the rebranding should encompass.
We agreed that their person centred approach and care for the individuality of each of their service users would be the priority and with this in mind our initial designs were then consolidated into three clear concepts which were presented to the whole charity and feedback was sort and acted upon to deliver the final result and a roll out of the brand across the whole group. Our final solution evolving around the idea of personal choice which was depicted by the brightly coloured fortune teller graphic.
